Our delivery policy is subject to these terms and conditions.

Healthy Gourmet charges a flat rate of $5.00SGD for all order deliveries. Orders are delivered FREE with a minimum purchase of $50, unless during a promotion period whereby the minimum purchase amount is implemented.

Orders are packed daily and dispatched every afternoon.All orders will be delivered within 3 working days. If you are not available to receive your orders when it arrives, you can reschedule a re-delivery with our delivery counterpart for your item at the timing of your preference.

Shipping and delivery only applies to orders with delivery to locations in Singapore except Jurong Islands, Changi Airport, PSA Terminals / Sembawang wharves). 

In accordance with our delivery guidelines, please be aware of the following guidelines.

  1. It is the responsibility of the consignee to check the condition of the item upon delivery. In the event that the item is damaged, please do not accept it and inform the sender to make a damage report to our delivery counterpart. Send an email to info@healthygourmet.sg to arrange for a re-delivery at no extra costs. Alternatively, you can call us at 1800-454-4547.
  2. There will be no circumstances whereby the parcel will be left unattended upon delivery. By allowing the parcel to be unattended after your receipt of the order delivery, Healthy Gourmet will be indemnified against all actions, claims and demands arising from the delivery of your order.
  3. In the event that the designated recipient of the delivery is not available, a re-delivery will be necessary in order to retrieve the order. There will be, in no circumstances that a parcel will be left unattended.
  4. You are able to re-schedule your delivery free of charge for the first time (after the failed delivery). Any extra re-deliveries after the first attempt will be charged by our delivery counterpart to you. Healthy Gourmet shall not be liable for any costs, claims or demands for the incurring delivery charges following your absence at the delivery destination.

Healthy Gourmet do not store any type of credit card information of our customers. All information and payment details are handled by PayPal.

Healthy Gourmet may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Returns & Replacements
Healthy Gourmet follows a "No Questions Asked" policy on returns and refunds within 14 days of the purchase. All returns and refunds must however fulfil the following requirements.
Note: This policy does not apply to defective products. In such cases, please kindly email us directly at info@healthygourmet.sg.
1. All products to be exchanged or refunded must be sent in re-saleable conditions to 21 Tagore Lane, Singapore 787479.
2. All products can only be exchanged with the same product or another product of the same value or lower. This does not apply to refunds.
2. All exchange and refunds must be accompanied by the printed version of the official order confirmation sent via email to the customer during the purchase.
3. All costs associated with the exchange and refund will be borne by the sender.
4. All refunds will be sent back to the customer via cheque to the delivery address stated in the order confirmation email.
5. Customers may choose to do the exchange or refund directly at 21 Tagore Lane, Singapore 787479 from Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 5pm
Ordering
 
All orders are only placeable online at www.healthygourmet.sg. To purchase a product, simply click into a category you are interested in, view the product you wish to purchase and click on "Add to Cart". After doing so, you may continue to continue browsing, or click on "Check Out" to complete the purchase. After placing the order and making the payment, you may view your order status via "My Account" when logged in as a member. All orders are irreversible after payment has been made. You may choose to refund or return your products after the delivery. Please kindly read our Return & Refund Policy above.

Payment
All payments in Healthy Gourmet are made via Paypal. PayPal accepts payment with your personal paypal account as well as MasterCard and Visa. In the event that you are paying via credit card, you do not need to have a PalPal account to make payment. To create a Paypal Account, simply visit the official PayPal website here. 
All prices are already inclusive of GST, except for delivery costs whereby no GST will be charged.
